Often yes. We match the client to a PEO that fits their size and footprint, including very small teams and companies hiring across states or expanding into the US. That match is the service.

How are referrals handled?

You refer, we run the number and place the client with the right PEO, and we set a referral arrangement with you directly. We would rather set that with you than post a one-size number.

Does USA OPS give HR, tax, or legal advice?

No. We run the math and connect. The HR strategy stays with you; tax and legal stay with the client's CPA and attorney.
